Working closely with our Centre Coordinator and trustees, we are looking for volunteers to help with key admin tasks that support the day-to-day running and promotion of activities at The Hearth Arts Centre.
Whether you're looking to build experience, explore your interest in business admin, social media and marketing, or simply contribute to a vibrant local charity, this role offers a supportive and welcoming environment where your input will be valued.

Time commitment:
This is a flexible opportunity and we'd love to hear from potential volunteers able to regularly contribute 2-3 hours of their time on an on-going, weekly basis (this can fit around your own schedule or be within Hearth opening hours).
Job Requirements
We want all our volunteers to feel welcome and supported. So, volunteers will:
- Receive induction, training, and any equipment or adjustments needed to thrive in the role
- Be offered expenses to cover agreed travel costs between home and the Centre

Job Responsibilities
What's involved?
- Support the Centre Coordinator with admin tasks such as data entry, correspondence, filing, and event logistics
- Help promote our events, film club, open studios / art fairs, and workshops through social media or supporting with distributing leaflets
- Create and schedule engaging posts to highlight what's happening at The Hearth
Assist in maintaining a safe, organised and welcoming space
