Your work will directly enable new exhibitions, conservation projects and programming that bring motorsport heritage to life.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience developing and implementing successful fundraising strategies, ideally within a museum, heritage, arts or cultural organisation.
- A strong track record in securing grants from trusts, foundations and grant-giving bodies, with excellent proposal writing skills.
- Experience cultivating corporate partnerships and sponsorships, with the ability to create compelling value propositions.

- Financial acumen, including budget management and KPI setting.
- Entrepreneurial flair and the ability to spot new opportunities that align with our mission.
- Collaborative leadership skills, with experience working at senior leadership team level.
- A passion for heritage, motorsport, or cultural storytelling (or the enthusiasm to develop one!).

- Developing and delivering a comprehensive fundraising strategy encompassing corporate partnerships, individual giving, and grants from trusts and foundations.
- Building compelling grant proposals and sponsorship pitches that showcase the museum's unique assets and programming.
- Cultivating relationships with corporate partners, donors, benefactors and grant-giving bodies.
- Managing the museum's fundraising policy and reporting to the Board of Trustees.
