Job Summary
Job Description
A successful commission would:
- Be playful, joyful and interactive
- Engage approximately 100-300 people of all ages across a day, in both light touch and deeper ways
- Work well at community events such as fairs and small festivals (please note this will likely include presentation on grass)
- Consider access for people who might face different barriers to engagement e.g. disabilities, neurodivergence, age, language barriers
Some practical things to think about:
- You'll present your idea in 4-5 North Sheffield locations, as part of community events
- Your idea should be durable and weather resilient
- The experience must be free and open access for the public
- It should be able to be set up and taken down multiple times with relative ease
- It should not be reliant on mains power or generators
