Job Requirements
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Worldwide management and strategic career guidance of Conductors and Instrumentalists Scouting, developing artist roster and generating commission growth You will bring senior level industry contacts and identify new external partners Managing experienced and established artists as well as developing and nurturing new talent Actively work to expand and strengthen promoter relationships Line manage and lead a team effectively, encouraging, supporting and developing growth within the department Handle important contract negotiations Resolves tricky situations calmly and effectively Travel aboard as an ambassador and trusted representative of the company
Job Responsibilities
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU Significant experience in artist management or senior roles within the classical music industry Experience and proven success in scouting and developing new and emerging talent Exemplary relationship building across all levels of artist management Proven track record of long-term strategic career planning, important contract and fee negotiations Extensive relationships at all levels including but not limited to promoters and artists Has led and managed teams always acting as a role model Able to resolve tricky situations calmly and effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills
