Job Description

Key Responsibilities Film across exhibitions, events and outdoor spaces, capturing interviews, behind-the-scenes stories and visitor moments. Edit content in Adobe Premiere Pro, producing: Short-form social video (Reels, Stories, TikTok, Shorts) Longer-form edits for YouTube and website Confidently conduct vox pops with visitors in a friendly, professional way. Clearly communicate filming intentions and request consent; follow a structured permissions approach (including appropriate consent processes for children/families where relevant). Add subtitles, titles and platform-ready formatting. Make minor amendments to Illustrator/InDesign and Photoshop files; resize and version campaign assets for social, screens, web and email. Apply brand guidelines consistently across video, graphics and multi-channel outputs. Create and maintain reusable templates (motion/design) to speed up production and reduce reliance on agency for day-to-day adaptations. Work to a weekly/monthly content calendar, coordinating releases around programming, campaigns and events. Manage files with strong discipline: naming conventions, version control, backups and an accessible shared asset library. Work to briefs, manage multiple deadlines, prioritise effectively and keep stakeholders updated. Present content ideas confidently - pitching concepts and explaining why they'll work for our audiences. Job Requirements

Person Specification Essential 2-4 years' experience producing video content end-to-end (concept shoot edit delivery). Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro. Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator/InDesign and Photoshop (minor amends/resizes/versioning). Confidence filming in public environments and approaching visitors for vox pops. Understanding of GDPR principles and permissions/release processes for filming and image use. Strong organisational skills: content calendars, deadline management and multi-project prioritisation. Excellent communication and stakeholder skills, with confidence presenting creative ideas. High attention to detail and a commitment to brand consistency. Desirable Motion graphics / After Effects. Photography skills. Experience in heritage, culture, charity or visitor attraction environments.
