Location: London W1 (office-based, with occasional on-site work across venues)
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000 + depending on experience
Pure Consulting is a London-based events and venue consultancy with 25 years of experience delivering creative and high-profile events across the UK and internationally.
Working across industries including music, entertainment, beauty, lifestyle and corporate, we specialise in producing memorable experiences ranging from brand activations, premieres and product launches to influencer-led campaigns, press events and corporate celebrations.
We are looking for an enthusiastic graduate Events Co-ordinator to join our small, collaborative team in central London. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in the events industry, gain hands-on experience across all stages of event production, and work on projects for exciting brands and venues.
You will support the team in delivering events from concept through to completion, assisting with planning, logistics, creative development and on-site coordination. The role offers the opportunity to develop practical experience across both creative and operational aspects of event production in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Job Requirements
You'll Need
A graduate in Events, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
A proactive and solutions-focused attitude
Good written and verbal communication skills
An interest in London's venues, cultural spaces and events landscape
Basic experience with Canva or similar design tools
An understanding of social media and digital trends
A collaborative team player who is happy to support both in the office and on-site
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the planning and delivery of events from initial enquiry through to execution
Assisting with client communication, proposals, briefing documents and post-event reporting
Attending site visits, venue walk-throughs and production meetings
Supporting on-site event delivery, including set-up and coordination with venues and suppliers
Researching and sourcing venues, suppliers and talent
Assisting with creative development including mood boards, themes and event concepts
Designing simple visual assets using tools such as Canva for presentations and marketing materials
Supporting social media planning and digital content related to events
Maintaining project trackers, venue databases and internal planning documents
