Job Description
Puppeteer wanted for children's entertainment company, specialising in dinosaur puppets!
Presenter and puppeteering role for Dinosaur based puppets.
Some jobs will just require performance and puppeteering only, these roles have a day rate of £120.
If van driving is required, in addition to puppeteering, the day rate is £150-£170 (depending on the journey).
A minimum of 1 day a week during peak seasons, up to 3 or 4 days some weeks. Guaranteed expected working hours is 8 hours with regular breaks per day.
Job Requirements
Required to be able to perform, engaging young audiences (ages 0-11)
Required to drive Van to and from events (transporting puppets and more!)
Puppeteering experience is preferred as this is a puppet based role.
Ages 21+ only.
Based in the South of England but you may required to travel UK-Wide. Ideally close to our base in Orpington. (South London / Kent)
Job Responsibilities
Puppeteering, presenting and Van Driving.
Occasional work, but you may be booked for a few (or lots!) of events throughout the year, depending on our calendar and your availability. You may be required to share a room with the same sex.
