Key responsibilities include:

- Opening and closing the venue in line with company procedures
- Completing all venue opening and closing checks
- Ensuring every shift runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently
- Leading and supporting a team of servers, kitchen staff, and bar staff
- Maintaining excellent communication between front of house, kitchen, and bar
- Creating a positive, high-energy atmosphere for both guests and team members
- Handling operational issues calmly and professionally during service
