Good day, everyone!

Here at Dance&Arts, we are currently looking for a lovely teacher to lead our available Urban Street Dance Afterschool Club.

Please see the details below:

Club: Urban Street Dance Afterschool Club
Schedule: Every MONDAY and/or THURSDAY, from 3:20 PM to 4:20 PM
Duration: Starting the 20th of April until the 6th of July
Location: Primary school in the Southwark area SE15
Students: Year 1-3 (ages 6-8 years old)

Pay is £40 per hour.

Note: Applicants can choose to apply only for Monday or Tuesday, or both of these days.

ESSENTIAL: Enhanced DBS check, commitment, and high reliability.

Job Requirements

Passion for teaching young children (ages 6-8).
Demonstrable experience and expertise in Street Dance or Urban Dance styles.
Ability to create a dynamic, inclusive, and safe class environment.
Strong group management skills and a positive, energetic approach.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one before employment).
Right to Work in the UK (preferably residing in the London area).

Job Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate Street Dance sessions.
Teach rhythm, movement, and simple choreography to primary pupils.
Encourage confidence, teamwork, and creativity through dance.
Ensure each session is structured, fun, and aligned with Dance&Arts' teaching philosophy.
