Job Description

Schedule: Every WEDNESDAY, 3:30-4:30 PM
Duration: 22nd April - 15th July
Students: Years 3-5 (ages 8-10)

Job Description:
Run a Debate Club encouraging critical thinking, communication skills, and confidence. Pupils will practice structured discussions, expressing ideas, and listening to peers, while enjoying a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.

Job Requirements

Passion for teaching young children (ages 8-11).
Demonstrable experience and expertise in Drama, Acting, or Musical Theatre with KS2 students.
Ability to create a dynamic, inclusive, and safe class environment.
Strong group management skills and a positive, energetic approach.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one before employment).
Right to Work in the UK (preferably residing in the London area).

Job Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate Drama/Musical Theatre sessions (focusing on acting, improvisation, voice, and movement).
Foster confidence, teamwork, and self-expression through active participation.
Ensure each session is structured, fun, and aligned with Dance&Arts' teaching philosophy.
