Job Summary

We are looking to hire a Part-Time Programme Manager from July 2026 – July 2027, working 3 days per week (24 hours a week). The candidate is expected to seek and develop new programmes and partnerships.

Job Description

The Programme Manager will actively research new partners, programmes and partnerships in South Asia and the UK. They will seek out and develop new projects with the Executive Director and provide developmental support for ongoing projects, including proposals, presentation, reports et al. The candidate will lead on smaller partnerships and ASAP communications (Website & Social Media).

Job Requirements

The potential candidate will have a keen interest in learning more about the art education and development sector and must have three to five years of experience within the arts field, preferably in South Asia and/or the UK. The candidate must be highly organised, possess strong administrative skills, and be proficient in MS Office Suite and Canva, with a high aptitude for writing. Familiarity with Adobe Suite and social media writing styles is desirable. Most importantly, the candidate should be passionate about and committed to ASAP's mission.

ASAP is seeking someone who will actively seek out new projects, attend external events such as museum and gallery openings, conferences, and networking events, and proactively meet new partners in the UK and internationally to act as an ambassador for the organisation. The candidate must be eligible to work in the UK and be available for international travel

Job Responsibilities

As Programme Manager, the candidate will work alongside the Executive Director on duties such as writing reports, preparing presentations for Patrons, Founding Advisory Board members, and other partners, and representing ASAP externally. The role also involves project support, which will eventually develop into project leadership, as well as contributing new ideas that align with ASAP's mission and objectives, helping to shape the organisation's growth over the coming years.
