Job Description
The Volunteer & Experience Supervisor is responsible for leading and developing an inclusive and effective volunteer programme across Warwick District Council's key cultural venues, including the Royal Spa Centre, Leamington Spa Art Gallery & Museum, and Leamington Town Hall. The role oversees volunteer recruitment, training, and engagement to ensure volunteers actively support high-quality visitor experiences, events, and public-facing services. Through strong leadership and a strategic, people-centred approach, the postholder enhances volunteer satisfaction and retention, supports operational excellence, and contributes to wider organisational priorities including cultural participation, accessibility, audience development, and community engagement.
Job Requirements
To lead and develop a volunteer programme based in Warwick District. To provide valuable skills and expertise which will increase our ability to deliver excellent visitor experience.
