Job Summary
Job Description
The Project Manager Residential Performance Company (PM RPC) will work alongside the RPC Artistic team (led by Artistic Director RPC) the Support team (led by Safeguarding and Support Team Manager) and Technical Team (including Technical Director, Head of Costume and Stage Manager) to oversee the smooth-running from planning to delivery of our 2026 Echoes of Tomorrow Production. The planning for the season is already well underway with national
auditions taking place throughout this term. The Project Manager will pick up the planning with the RPC team including the Project Manager All In! and will become the glue that oversees the smooth running of the company during the rehearsal period up to and including the delivery of four public theatre performances. Fee
This is a short-term freelance contract. Further detailed information is available in the recruitment pack. The maximum total fee is £4428.
This is based on a day rate of £164/day for 27 days broken down as:
Phase 1: May - July = 12 days
Phase 2: Friday 31 July 2026 - Saturday 8 August 2026 in Elmhurst Ballet School inclusive = 9 days (Food and Accommodation will be provided)
Phase 3: Monday 10, Tuesday 11, Wednesday 12, Thursday 13 August 2026 in Crescent Theatre and Saturday 5 September 2026 in Sadler's Wells Theatre = 5 days plus 1 day between Birmingham and London if required.
