As a member of our Guest Experience team, you will be the friendly face of Fulham Pier and will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable guest journey from start to finish.

Job Requirements
To excel in this role, you'll bring a proven track record of success in vibrant hospitality environments and service settings. Any customer-facing experience where you have had to deliver exceptional service and memorable moments will mark you as an ideal candidate for the role.
Your communication expertise will shine as you reach for the highest standards of guest engagement.
A background in hospitality, tourism or entertainment is highly desirable as you will be the face of the Fulham Pier experience, where no two days are ever the same!
In this dynamic role, attention to detail will be crucial, especially during fast-paced and complex work situations, such as multiple onsite events.
Your proactive approach will be highly appreciated as you overcome challenges with a cool head, ensuring seamless experiences for our guests.
Job Responsibilities
We are looking for energetic, friendly and outgoing hosts who can be the flag-bearer for the Fulham Pier experience.
You will hold special responsibility for ensuring smooth coordination between our different service concepts (hotel, restaurants, members club, creche, spa, C&E and entertainment venues) and will have a comprehensive understanding of what is happening throughout Fulham Pier, making recommendations to guests on how to make the most of their time with us.
Your dedication to making a difference will shine as you play a key role in elevating our guest experience to best-in-class levels and will always be looking for an opportunity to go above and beyond to make someone's day.
