Job Summary

Three Rivers is seeking an organised and collaborative Producer to play a central role in delivering our community-led arts and ecology programme in the London Borough of Bexley.

Job Description

CONTRACT: Fixed-Term until 31 March 2029
HOURS: 0.6 Full-Time Equivalent / 21 hours per week
SALARY: £39,000 pro-rata
LOCATION: London Borough of Bexley

Working closely with the Artistic Director and Curator, you will support the production, technical and operational delivery of a wide variety of community-led arts and ecology projects across the London Borough of Bexley.

This role is essential in ensuring our workshops, performances, installations, festivals, artist-residencies and public-realm projects run smoothly, safely and to a high professional standard.

You'll help us strengthen systems, improve processes, and uphold our commitment to access, inclusion, sustainability and excellence in place-based cultural work.

Job Requirements

What You'll Do:

Assist in planning and delivering production and operational requirements for community-led arts and ecology projects, including workshops, performances, installs and festivals.

Support the creation and improvement of systems and procedures to streamline administrative tasks and manage production paperwork.

Ensure all projects are correctly risk assessed, insured and compliant with Health & Safety and Safeguarding requirements

Coordinate with curators, artists, contractors and delivery partners to ensure smooth event delivery, including booking crew, equipment and facilities.

Support logistical planning including schedules, budgets, transport, equipment and on site requirements, maintaining high standards of accessibility and sustainability

Contribute to internal communication, reporting and organisational systems related to production and operations.

Act as a point of contact for freelance production staff and troubleshoot issues on site

Job Responsibilities

You will have:

Proven experience in production coordination or management across community arts, cultural events or festivals.

Strong organisational, administrative and communication skills.
The ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and adapt to changes.

Understanding of safety, inclusion, diversity and sustainable practice within arts production.

Experience collaborating with a range of stakeholders including artists, curators and community partners.

Confidence using IT systems and learning new tools and processes.
