Job Summary
Job Description
These positions involves selling admission tickets and merchandise, checking in visitors and managing queues, assisting with stock control, helping to facilitate Museum special events and serving a range of food and drinks in the museum Tearoom. You'll be part of a supportive environment, helping to bring the best experience to all of our visitors.
There are 2 positions available:
A - Offers a minimum of 30 hours per week, spread mostly through weekdays.
B - Offers a minimum of 7.5 hours per week, mostly on Fridays.
Flexibility to cover occasional evening, weekends and bank holidays required.
Start date: As soon as possible

- Prior experience working within a customer service environment preferably in a retail/sales or hospitality sector.
- Sense of responsibility and dependability.
- Ability to be flexible and learn new skills as required.
Job Responsibilities
Contract: These are part-time, permanent positions conditional upon successful completion of the probationary period.
Hours: There are 2 positions available:
A - Offers a minimum of 30 hours per week, spread mostly through weekdays.
B - Offers a minimum of 7.5 hours per week, mostly on Fridays.
Rate: £14 per hour
