About the Role

We are looking for a highly reliable and experienced Show Manager to oversee the daily operations of a large-scale immersive exhibition in London.
This is a key position: you will act as our on-site lead and main point of contact, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

-Oversee day-to-day operations of the exhibition
-Manage staff scheduling, attendance and performance
-Recruit and onboard local staff
-Coordinate and manage hostess & steward agencies
-Supervise cash handling procedures and daily closing
-Coordinate suppliers and external partners
-Ensure high-quality standards and guest experience
-Handle customer service and resolve issues on-site

Requirements

-Fluency in Italian (mandatory)
-Proven experience in immersive exhibitions, theme parks, large-scale public events
-Strong leadership and organisational skills
-Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
