The Board has the ultimate responsibility for the strategic direction, development, and governance of LAT. They work closely to support the Executive team in their vision and ambition, and supporting guidance of well-managed risk and organisational health. LAT is a charitable incorporated organisation (CIO) and our Trustees consist of a voluntary Board who oversee everything we do.

Commitment: the Board meetings four times a year, 6pm - 8pm. Once or twice a year, the Board meets slightly earlier to celebrate LAT staff and / or Board strategy session. There are also additional ways to engage as a Trustee e.g. VIP performances and weekend activities - the Board aims to ensure representation at these events.
