Job Description
ARTHOUSE London is a creative digital agency specialising in theatre, live entertainment and cultural experiences. We help clients connect meaningfully with audiences through strategic, data-informed campaigns - combining digital strategy, creative content, media planning and audience growth to drive real impact, engagement and ticket sales.
We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team and take a central role in delivering high-quality, integrated marketing campaigns. You'll sit at the heart of campaign execution - coordinating across strategy, creative, media and analytics to bring ideas to life efficiently and effectively.
What you'll be doing:
You'll lead the end-to-end execution of client campaigns, owning timelines and deliverables from briefing through to launch. You'll prepare briefing documents, status reports and post-campaign recaps, and work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless, integrated delivery.

Campaigns delivered on time and on budget. Trusted client relationships built through proactive communication. Cross-team collaboration that keeps every campaign aligned and insight-led. Clear, impactful reporting that not only tracks KPIs but improves future performance. And a contribution to scalable processes that support Arthouse's continued growth.
What we're looking for:
4+ years' experience in account management or campaign delivery within an agency or marketing environment, strong project coordination skills, excellent communication, and comfort managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools such as Asana or Monday.com is a plus.
Fulltime, hybrid: 4 days onsite, 1 day from home. salary range is £35,000 - £45,000 per year.
The deadline to apply is 5 PM BST on Friday, 10 April 2026.
Job Requirements
4+ years' experience in account management or campaign delivery within an agency, consultancy or marketing environment.
Strong project coordination and organisational skills with attention to detail.
Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines with autonomy.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with digital marketing channels and campaign workflows.
Familiarity with project tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Google Workspace or similar.
A positive, solution-oriented attitude and a collaborative mindset.
Job Responsibilities
Lead the on-going execution of client campaigns, owning timelines and deliverables from briefing to launch.
Act as a day-to-day contact for client questions about campaign activity, status, timings and outputs. Monitor campaign performance and raise actionable insights with internal teams and clients.
Prepare briefing documents, status updates and post-campaign recaps for clients.
Participate in client meetings to capture actions, clarify priorities and translate needs into clear internal next steps.
