Job Summary
Job Description
ARTHOUSE London is a creative digital agency specialising in theatre, live entertainment and cultural experiences. We help clients connect meaningfully with audiences through strategic, data-informed campaigns - combining digital strategy, creative content, media planning and audience growth to drive real impact, engagement and ticket sales.
We're looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Media Manager to take a key strategic and executional role in our UK business. You'll develop, implement and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Search/PPC, paid social, display and CTV/OTT - working across both our London clients and supporting Broadway and off-Broadway productions from our New York office.
What you'll be doing:
You'll create and manage paid media campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta and TikTok, owning budget management, bidding strategies and optimisation to meet KPIs. You'll monitor performance, deliver data-driven reporting, and identify opportunities for campaign growth and scaling - all while collaborating closely with strategy and creative teams.
What success looks like:
Campaigns delivered on time and on budget. Trusted client relationships built through clear, proactive communication. Audience growth and retargeting that converts warm audiences into buyers. Reporting that doesn't just track KPIs but surfaces insights that sharpen future performance.
What we're looking for:
3-4 years' hands-on experience running paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok and similar platforms. Strong working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, GA4 and campaign tracking. Exceptional data analytics skills, excellent communication, and a genuine enthusiasm for the arts and entertainment.
This is a full-time role based in greater London - hybrid, 4 days onsite and 1 day from home. Salary £35,000-£45,000. The deadline to apply is 5 PM BST on Friday, 10 April 2026.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3-4 years experience running paid media campaigns using platforms like Google Search, Google Campaign Manager/Doubleclick, Meta, TikTok, etc.
Day-to-day experience using Google Tag Manager to implement tracking tags, remarketing pixels, and conversion tags, ensuring all campaigns have robust reporting.
An interest in and enthusiasm for the arts and entertainment.
Deep understanding of varying performance marketing goals and methods - ROAS, dynamic ads, omnichannel strategies, etc
Proven track record of successfully driving results through paid media campaigns
Creative flair and ability to collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives that resonate with the target audience and adhere to platform-specific guidelines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling copy and effectively communicate insights with key stakeholders
Experience and comfortability interfacing with internal leaders and external partners
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies that align with internal and external objectives and target audiences
Create, set up, and manage paid media campaigns across various platforms.
Manage budgets, bidding strategies and optimization to meet KPIs
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular performance reports to clients, making data-driven recommendations for optimization
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, platforms, and trends for impactful targeting
Identify opportunities for campaign expansion and scaling, while managing budgets effectively
Work across multiple campaigns in the UK and US
