Job Summary

Part-time Studio Experience Coordinator supporting morning operations at a music-led wellness studio. Responsible for setting the space, welcoming guests, supporting teachers, and maintaining a high-quality studio experience in a creative, fast-paced environment.

Job Description

This is a front-of-house role at the intersection of hospitality, wellness, and culture, ideal for someone organised, people-oriented, and aligned with music-led movement and creative environments. You'll shape the first energy of the day, ensuring the space is set, the experience flows, and every guest and teacher feels welcomed.

Hours & Commitment
Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 9:00am
Approx. 48 hours per month

Due to the nature of studio operations, there may be occasional last-minute cover requests (e.g. staff absence), so candidates must live within a 20-minute commute of Shoreditch High Street. Additional hours are paid.

There will also be opportunities to support events and brand activations outside regular hours, working with partners such as Nike, lululemon, CALM, Chilly's, and BON CHARGE.

Remuneration
£14 per hour
Approx. £672 per month (based on 48 hours)
All additional cover shifts are paid on top of contracted hours

Requirements
Must be based within a 20-minute commute of Shoreditch High Street
Must be able to reliably commit to early morning shifts (6:00am starts)
Strong timekeeping and consistency (non-negotiable)
Confident in a front-facing, guest-focused role
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Comfortable managing basic operational tasks and responsibilities
Clear and professional communication skills (in person and over email)

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Studio & Environment
Open and prepare the studio daily to TRR standards
Set lighting, music, scent, and overall atmosphere
Maintain a clean, organised, high-quality space

Guest Experience
Welcome guests and manage check-in
Create a warm, calm, and engaging front-of-house presence

Teacher Support
Assist teachers before and after class
Ensure studios are correctly set and transitions run smoothly

Operations Support
Replenish stock (towels, bathrooms, caf items)
Maintain organisation across FOH areas
Respond to basic emails and enquiries

Brand & Event Support (Ad Hoc)
Assist with events and partner activations as needed
