Job Summary
Job Description
We are looking for a receptionist/administrator to join our office team. As the first point of call for those accessing our music education programmes, whether face-to-face or over the phone, your role will be pivotal in providing support and information to our students and their families. We are looking for a highly organised candidate who is able to keep track of tasks and work well as part of a fast moving team.
As well as ongoing regular administrative tasks including answering the phone, on and offboarding students, inbox and calendar management and communications, you will be responsible for some office management tasks such as managing post. You will also support the finance team with customer related processes.
This role is ideal for a returner to work, or someone looking for work in combination with other work and study projects. Occasional extra paid hours may be required, to support our termly concerts and events. These events may take place in other locations, such as at our partner schools or local venues, therefore a degree of flexibility is required.
Having a background in music whilst not essential is definitely preferred in order to best support our customers and teachers.
