General payroll duties will include calculating and issuing pay, deducting tax and NI, processing holiday, sick and maternity pay, setting up rotas, plus calculating overtime, shift payments and pay changes.
The successful candidate will have a positive approach to work, be a great team player and ensure that customer service is always at the forefront of their decision-making process. The ability and desire to 'get it right first time' is crucial to this role as is the ability to follow processes and work to deadlines so a systematic and structured approach is essential.
