Job Summary
Job Description
The Operations & Hires Team is responsible for on-the-day efficient, smooth-running, safe delivery of Old Diorama Arts Centre's centre and operations, and is the first point of contact for visitors to the centre by email, phone and in-person. Working across a variety of shifts throughout the week, they provide a high level service to all visitors and customers, and the smooth-running of the centre operations. They respond to all hires enquiries for ODAC's studios, as well as general enquiries about ODAC, its programmes, and events. They provide an efficient and high-level sales service to clients, booking and invoicing them and developing the charity's core earned income. They support the booking and smooth running of the studios for the full range of hires and in-house produced programmes which take place in them.

TERMS:
Title: Operations & Hires Team Member
Pay: £14.33 per hour (with ambition to rise to London Living Wage soon)
Hours: Minimum of 12 hours per month, scheduled by rota

ESSENTIAL

Good writing and numeric skills
An understanding of the professional needs of performing arts industries
