Job Description
The National Saturday Club is seeking a creative, strategic, and highly proactive Digital Marketing Executive. Working closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will produce and deliver the charity's digital communications activity, supporting the implementation of the Trust's Marketing and Communications strategy, creating and disseminating content across our digital channels and marketing activity.
As Digital Marketing Executive, you will ensure the charity's marketing and communications approach is impactful, engaging and aligned with its vision, mission and audiences. You will be a brand champion, creating innovative and inclusive content that showcases and celebrates the impact of the National Saturday Club programme, and raises its profile among young people, educators, funders, stakeholders and policymakers.

From showcasing Club members' creative achievements to amplifying our impact in policy, education, and the creative industries, your work will help the organisation reach and inspire new audiences. Job Requirements
Essential:
Degree-level education or equivalent experience in a relevant field
At least two years' experience in digital marketing, communications or brand
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational and project coordination skills, managing multiple priorities
Excellent copywriting and visual communication skills, with strong storytelling ability
Experience developing strategy-led content calendars
Proven ability managing digital platforms (social media, CMS, e-newsletters)
Interest in the creative industries and education sectors
Experience tracking and reporting on digital performance
Strong attention to detail and design awareness
Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office
Desirable:
Journalism or interview experience
Experience in impact- or policy-led environments
Paid social campaign management
SEO copywriting skills
Community and stakeholder engagement experience
CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce)
Job Responsibilities
Develop and deliver an engaging communications calendar across digital channels including social media, blogs and e-newsletters
Create high-quality content (written, video, digital and print) to support event communications across email, web, social media and on-site materials
Manage digital channels and website updates, ensuring active community engagement and audience growth
Coordinate the Alumni newsletter, including content gathering and external contributor engagement
Capture and promote programme events, coordinating freelancers such as photographers and filmmakers
Maintain the organisation's photography and testimonials archive
Produce timely, relevant content aligned with sector developments, organisational values and impact data
Support MarComms reporting for funders and stakeholders
Track and analyse digital performance, using insights to refine strategy
Act as a brand ambassador, building networks and expanding reach
Ensure accessibility, inclusivity and GDPR compliance
