Job Description
This is a full-time, permanent role in Band 5 - Management and Proficient Specialists. Core hours of work will be 36 per week, working 5 days between the hours of 9am-5pm, although due to the nature of the work, some flexibility may be required. This is primarily an onsite, office based role.
Salary: £36,900 per annum

Job Requirements
The successful candidate will need to have experience of working for a Membership organisation in an administrative role within a museum/heritage/charity environment, strong experience of using a CRM or similar database, excellent working knowledge of Direct Debits, and excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail. The role holder will be a confident and proficient user of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and manipulation, organised and hardworking with the ability to prioritise workloads and manage competing demands, and a motivated and proactive team player. A friendly, supportive, adaptable, and approachable communication and listening style is essential for this role.
Job Responsibilities
Working in the Commerce and Visitor Experience team and reporting to the Senior Membership Manager, the Senior Membership Officer, Data and Insights will contribute to the continued growth and success of the Membership scheme at Royal Museums Greenwich. Key responsibilities include the oversight and development of the Membership database and CRM, supporting the delivery of a robust recruitment and retention programme through data insights and segmentation, providing excellent administration and customer service to all Members and prospective Members, and training and engaging teams across the Museum with the Membership offer, ensuring organisational buy-in and collaborative working.
