Job Description
The Royal Albert Hall is recruiting for an enthusiastic and experienced Dayforce HRIS Administration Manager to join our People and Culture team.
As we work to improve the employee experience, having easy to use and innovative technology is essential. This role will play a key part in making sure our new system is accurate, efficient, and continually developing to meet the needs of the Hall.
You will help our processes run smoothly, train system champions so they feel confident using the system, and provide great support to staff across the Hall. This role is more than managing a system - it's about building and maintaining a strong foundation that helps our culture grow. By keeping our HR technology robust and forward thinking, you will help create a workplace where people feel informed, supported, and empowered to do their best work.
The successful candidate will have significant experience administering HRIS, with significant experience using Dayforce.

There will be two stages to the interview process. Applicants must be available for a first interview on the week commencing 13 April 2026 or 20 April 2026 and ideally able to start in June 2026.
