This is a full-time position starting in June/July 2026 in Hong Kong.

We are looking for candidates with:

Five or more years of experience teaching drama to children and teenagers, with a degree in Drama, Musical Theatre or related field.
A formal teaching qualification is an advantage.
Practising actors / directors will be considered provided they have extensive experience working with children.
Significant administration experience in theatre or arts projects is required, with a proven track record of working successfully in a team and managing fellow teachers / facilitators.
Experience developing and delivering programmes to schools or other organisations is an advantage.
Experience teaching for LAMDA / Trinity exams is an advantage.

Candidates must be energetic, proactive and enjoy working with children ages 3 to 16, to introduce them to the world of theatre in fun, creative and engaging ways.

Candidates must be team players (with a sense of humour!) and will manage a small team to administer and facilitate various programmes, projects and performances. Knowledge of pop culture and children's literature is a plus.

The salary range for this Full-Time role is 37K - 40K per year.

Job Responsibilities

Overseeing fulltime and partime staff
Teaching Drama Workshops to various students, mainly from international schools
Administrative Work in organising Drama Programmes with schools, part time teaching staff and other partners
Project related work including LAMDA, Musical Theatre, Touring Theatre, Costume and Resources and other theatre and drama related projects
