What we are looking for from our evaluators:
To provide evidence which allows the staff team and consortium to:
reflect on the effectiveness of the model / approach
make informed decisions and changes as we progress through Phase 4.
To test Peterborough Presents models of engagement in terms of: levels of arts engagement, diversity of engagement, artistic relevance and social / wellbeing impact and investment.
To track the scale and impact of community decision-making and mechanisms to sustain creative engagement
To track the reach, breadth and depth of engagement for participants, audiences, artists and partners
To implement systems and track the impact of the programme against our longer-term impacts
To support the reporting to Arts Council England and other funders
Budget
There is a total budget of £24,575 inclusive of VAT and expenses. This will be split into instalments across the period of contract until May 2029.
The exact working hours will flex as the nature of the programme ebbs & flows, but we expect approximately 70-75 days over 3 years, averaging 2 days a month. However, we would be open to an alternative arrangement based on the budget available. Please detail this in your budget breakdown as part of your application.
Once the successful contract has been awarded you would need to lead on the development of the evaluation framework in collaboration with the Peterborough Presents team.
NB: Phase 4 for Peterborough Presents will start in April 2026. As such, we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running. We will continue to capture data and feedback from participants, audience and partners during any interim period.
