Job Summary
Job Description
- Freelance position, starting with approx. 1 hr per week with the possibility of building up more hours.
- Classes are usually held weekdays between 4-7 pm, with the possibility of Saturday mornings.
- Pay: £37 per hour
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience teaching both children and adults
- Ability to deliver engaging, structured, and enjoyable lessons
- Professional, punctual, and committed to regular attendance
- Must be reliable and able to work independently
Desirable:
- Previous work in community or charity settings
- Ability to adapt teaching to students of different skill levels

Job Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging music lessons for children and adults.
- Support students in building confidence and developing their skills.
- Prepare learners for small performances within the charity, events, and, where appropriate, for graded music exams.
- Maintain reliable and consistent attendence.
