Job Summary

Clore Leadership are looking for a Project Manager to lead a systems upgrade, improving technologies, processes and integration. You’ll manage delivery, work with staff and suppliers, and use strong communication and project skills to support organisational goals.

Job Description

The Project Manager will drive optimal performance and operational synergies across Clore Leadership, managing the planning and delivery of an upgrade of operational technologies, processes and systems across the organisation.

The Project Manager will scope and manage the systems upgrade mapping and implementation phases, working with staff and external providers to ensure a timely and effective project conclusion.

The Project Manager will demonstrate an informed understanding of current workplace technologies and experience of working on systems integration. They will communicate professionally and effectively; and provide excellent operational and project management skills to support the Clore Leadership vision, ambition and priorities.

Job Requirements

Essential:
- Proven project management experience in business/operations transformation
- Strong understanding of modern technology and systems integration
- Experience delivering complex projects with suppliers on time and budget
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of quality assurance in systems design and integration
- Creative, proactive and able to exercise sound judgement
- Flexible, resourceful and able to manage workloads under pressure
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Commitment to inclusive, collaborative working practices

Desirable:
- Customer-focused approach and GDPR/data experience
- Knowledge of assessment processes and digital learning platforms
- Experience in cultural and creative industries

Job Responsibilities

- Optimise operations and align systems with organisational goals
- Review, rationalise and integrate technologies to improve workflows and reduce inefficiencies
- Work with teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs and support collaboration
- Lead system upgrades, implementation, data management and GDPR compliance
- Drive efficiencies, insights and performance through improved processes
- Manage transition, integration, training and delivery timelines
- Support strategic operations, policies, IT resourcing and compliance
- Contribute to an inclusive culture, safeguarding and external stakeholder engagement
