With an extensive collection of over 100,000 objects and a commitment to delivering an exceptional visitor experience, we are seeking a dynamic Assistant Museum Manager to support the Museum Manager to develop the visitor experience and enhance our financial sustainability and our operational effect

Job Description

Help the Museum Manager and other Assistant Museum Manager to deliver an exceptional visitor experience at Shoemakers Museum across the galleries, ticket office, shop, cafe and events. Managing staff, volunteers, site and events and delivering strategic enhancements that develop and improve our new museum.
This role is part of a job share totalling 42.5 hours a week.
This role is for 17 hours a week across 7-days, £30,000 pro rata based in Street, Somerset.
