How we work

We are a small, part-time team. Everyone here carries real responsibility and works hard within their hours. We are ambitious about what we do and proud of it, but we operate with limited resource, which means we have to be smart, focused and self-directed. We work closely together and support each other. This is not a role where you will be handed a to-do list each morning. You will be trusted to own your area of work, make good decisions independently, and know when to bring things to the wider team.
