Job Description
We are seeking a Senior People Partner to provide strategic people insight alongside high quality operational delivery across the full employee lifecycle. This is a senior, influential role, working in a complex environment and partnering closely with leaders to shape people-centred, inclusive and pragmatic solutions. We are looking for someone with strong coaching capability and a proven track record of developing manager confidence and effectiveness. Exceptional communication skills, sound judgement and the ability to influence at all levels are essential.

Job Requirements
As an experienced people professional, you will have operated at senior level within a comparable multi-site organisation. You will bring demonstrable experience of managing complex casework, supporting organisational change and contributing to initiatives that strengthen diversity, inclusion and belonging. You will have an in-depth understanding of UK employment and equality legislation and be confident acting as a subject matter expert, advising on best practice and risk aware decision making.
