We're on the lookout for fun-loving, confident workshop leaders to run ad-hoc craft sessions for our growing children's party events company.

You'll be hosting creative, hands-on workshops for kids aged 5-15, so we need people who bring the fun, keep the energy high, and love sharing their creative skills.

* Setting up our craft stations (we'll show you how!
* Keeping kids engaged, smiling, and proud of what they create
* Ensuring parents are happy because service is the heart of our brand
* Clearing up after the session and putting everything back into the box as it was received (we do the prep work, you'll set up!)

Who we're looking for:
*Must have a car
* Friendly, reliable people with great energy (reliability is key)
* Experience working with children is a big bonus (but not essential)
* Freelancers or anyone looking for occasional weekend work
* Able to cover areas across your region/ London
*Be able to create short vids/take photos on a phone

And most importantly - be able to lead a group of children, so someone with confidence and leadership skills is key.

At the heart of our brand is exceptional service. We don't just throw parties - we create experiences parents rave about to their friends and come back to us!

We pay our leaders and assistants above national minimum wage and it varies if you're doing a short workshop (1h-2h including set up) or a long workshop (2-3h including set up). The salary for our assistants is £60 (per workshop of 1.5h and £65 per workshop of 2h) And for our leaders it is £90 per workshop. You'll be expected to cover at least 3 or 4 workshops per month, or assist with at least 2 workshops per month if not more. That is a minimum of at 6+ hours per month
