Job Description

We are seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Assistant to support our technical and production teams within a creative working environment. This is a practical role focused on the accurate handling, storage and movement of bespoke stock, equipment and materials that support live projects and production work.
You will be responsible for maintaining inventory systems, preparing works orders, coordinating deliveries and collections, and ensuring the warehouse operates safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Job Requirements

Essential:

Clean, valid UK driving licence
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
Clear communication skills and a practical, problem solving mindset
Awareness and implementation of Health & Safety practices

Desirable:

Forklift license
Experience supporting production, technical or creative teams

Job Responsibilities

Managing incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring accurate recording, labelling and storage.
Maintaining inventory records using Emax.
Picking, preparing and labelling works orders for technical teams.
Delivering and collecting items using the company vehicle.
Supporting stock counts and reporting shortages to the Procurement team.
Preparing outgoing packages for collection or delivery.
Auditing and replenishing consumable stock across other units.
Maintaining a clean, safe and well organised warehouse environment.
