Job Summary
Job Description
This is a key role within the organisation, leading on the operational management of the company and supporting the delivery of our ambitious programme of deaf-led theatre. Working closely with the Executive Director and Artistic Director, you will play a central role in ensuring the organisation runs smoothly and strategically.
We're particularly interested in candidates who have:
Senior management experience in arts or similar sector
Strong financial and organisational skills
Experience of strategic planning and delivery
Knowledge of theatre production and/or touring
Commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion
BSL Level 3 (or equivalent) or higher
