Full Time [37.5 hours / 5 days]
Permanent Contract to start ASAP
Salary: £26,520.00
Holidays: 24 days p/a plus one day per year of service, up to 5 years.

Job Requirements
- At least 1 year in a marketing role
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting, proof-reading and editing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with key contacts inside and outside of the organisation
- PC and/or Mac literate
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Experience working with WordPress or other CMS
- Working knowledge of Spektrix or other Box Office software or CRM
- Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Suite
- Experience using social media in a professional capacity
- Understanding of GDPR principles
- An interest in the arts
- Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to show initiative and engage with tasks proactively
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually
- Attention to detail

To work with the Marketing & Press Manager and Designer to develop and implement Exeter Phoenix's marketing plan with a specific focus on digital marketing and content creation. To be the voice of Exeter Phoenix on digital platforms, and to ensure that our standards and values are established and maintained throughout.
