Job Summary

The Executive Assistant will support the Chief Executive in delivering their role efficiently and effectively by completing administrative and project work, meeting coordination and diary management.

Job Description

You will support or lead on projects as required; draft communications, papers and reports; and develop, implement, and maintain systems.
You will provide positive, proactive and discreet support within a busy office and creative environment, contributing to a collaborative and values-driven working atmosphere.
You will act as first point of contact for many matters relating to the Chief Executive, requiring you to be an engaged and diplomatic communicator and to work in partnership with colleagues across the organisation, as well as with external stakeholders.
The role of Executive Assistant offers the opportunity to work at the heart of Eden Court. You will work with colleagues from across every department, enabling you to develop a breadth of knowledge and an understanding of the inner workings of this dynamic organisation.
