Job Summary
Job Description
Be responsible for the running of shows with the rest of the stage management team, including the pre-show set-up and scene changes.
Work closely with the technical and creative teams to run rehearsals and understudy rehearsals.
Oversee maintenance of props and furniture on the production, alongside the rest of the stage management team and the Production Manager.
Assist with get-in, fit-up and get-out of all props and equipment, and assist with other departments as required.
Cover for the Deputy Stage Manager in the rehearsal room as necessary.
Cover the Deputy Stage Manager during holidays and sickness.
Cover the Deputy Stage Manager as necessary 'on the book' and call the production.
Acquire familiarity with all tracks within the Stage Management department and provide cover when required.
Ensure that all relevant paperwork and documentation is correctly written up, amended and distributed as required.
All other duties normally associated with the role of Assistant Stage Manager of a West End production.
Job Requirements
Contract Length: July 2026 - July 2027
All candidates must be available for the full contract.
