Job Description
Are you a passionate storyteller through dance, armed with professional dance or musical theatre credits? We're on the lookout for dynamic individuals to be a part of our artistic team delivering class to our Youth Dance Company. Due to the sessions being in Crouch End, artists with Haringey or Barnet postcodes may be prioritised.
Job Overview: 2 hours per week 5-7pm on Wednesday evenings @ £25 p/hr x 10 week term = Total £500

Job Requirements
Professional dance/musical theatre experience; graduates are welcome to apply!
Recent enhanced DBS check.
Solid time management, planning, & organisational skills.
A genuine passion for co-creating with young artists.

Job Responsibilities
Play a crucial role in the creation of an original work exploring Storytelling & Creative Dance, leading to shared performances.
Engage with class groups, approximately 15+ pupils, teaching choreography.
Collaborate enthusiastically with young artists (approx. 7 - 16 years old) during weekly Youth Company classes.

End date: 29th July (for summer break*) opportunity to continue for Autumn term & future opportunities in 2027.
Applicants must have availability every Wednesday evening for a full term (10 weeks).
“Waggle Dance Wednesdays” will meet every Wednesday evening during term time from 5 -6pm & 6 - 7pm at the newly reopened Hornsey Town Hall.
At the youth company we focus on developing original work and exploring creative dance in a collaborative way.
Sessions have a warm, friendly atmosphere and we welcome energetic young artists who want to bee a part of a dynamic youth company.
