Deadline for applications: 12 noon, 31st May 2026
Reports to: Head of Philanthropy

Join our fundraising team and help grow a multi-million-pound programme, with major gifts at its heart.
We're looking for someone who can secure five- and six-figure gifts and bring fresh thinking to how we build support. You'll be full of ideas, ready to test them, and quick to spot opportunities.
You'll lead a joined-up Individual Giving programme - shaping a clear, thoughtful journey from first gift to major support and legacies. Working with colleagues across teams, you'll turn strategy into simple, practical plans so every interaction feels connected and purposeful.
You'll also be up for building relationships at key moments - including some evenings and weekends - and confident talking about our music and the people who make it happen.
