Responsibilities

Assist in the installation and deinstallation of artworks, ensuring proper handling and display
Curate exhibition layouts using digital design tools such as SketchUp and Figma
Maintain the organisation of gallery spaces, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met
Support marketing efforts by creating digital content using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere
Capture high-quality photographs and videos of exhibitions for promotional purposes
Manage the gallery's online presence through web design and social media content creation
Collaborate with artists, curators, and external vendors to coordinate exhibitions and events
Utilise CAD or Maya for specialised display or installation projects when required
Assist with general administrative duties related to gallery operations
Qualifications

Proven experience or strong interest in digital design, graphic design, or visual arts
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects)
Familiarity with SketchUp, Figma, Maya, CAD or Sketch is desirable
Skills in photography and video editing to produce engaging visual content
Knowledge of web design principles and social media marketing strategies
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
