Job Summary

We are looking for  a Evaluation and Impact Coordinator to join the National Theatre's Learning Operations team. 

Job Description

The purpose of this role is to lead the delivery and quality assurance of evaluation across all Learning activities, ensuring consistent data gathering, analysis and reporting that supports the Learning Strategy, funding requirements and organisational learning.
The post will collect, analyse and coordinate data and insights across qualitative, quantitative, statistical and administrative fields. They will be the key administrative contact for the evaluation and impact function of the Learning department and assist the Learning Operations Manager (Administration) with cross-departmental administration and reporting. The work produced in this role will help implement methodologies, measure the department's impact, and feed into broader reporting systems that the department works on.
Where appropriate, the role will also contribute Learning-related evaluation insights to organisation-wide research activity, in collaboration with the Data & Insight team and in line with agreed research standards, including in the event of the NT gaining Independent Research Organisation (IRO) status.
The post holder will be a member of the Learning Operations Team, which supports output across all Learning programmes
The successful candidates will have the following:
Excellent organisational and administration skills with attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines.
Understanding of data protection, consent and safeguarding principles.
Experience in managing surveys at scale.
Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
Experience of evaluation or research in education, culture or related field.
