The Box Office is central to the guest experience - serving as the first point of contact across phone, email, and in-person interactions. In this role, you will deliver exceptional, enthusiastic customer service while managing ticketing transactions, resolving enquiries, and driving revenue through ticket and experience sales.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on position requiring professionalism, commercial awareness, and a strong attention to detail. You will play a key role in creating seamless, memorable experiences for every guest.

Our Approach: Enlightened Hospitality
We follow the philosophy of Enlightened Hospitality, pioneered by Danny Meyer, which prioritises people - starting with our team. By creating a supportive and respectful workplace, we empower our staff to deliver exceptional service and build meaningful guest relationships.

At Free Association Live, this means going beyond transactions to create genuine, memorable experiences for our audiences, colleagues, and partners.
