London Concertante is one of the UK's leading chamber ensembles, performing over 250 concerts a year across the UK and Ireland in stunning venues, from cathedrals to concert halls.

Our vibrant and ambitious marketing team drives national campaigns, sells thousands of tickets every week, and supports a constantly changing season of performances.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to bring our shows to life online - creating engaging video content, managing our social platforms, and delivering fresh, imaginative campaigns that grow our audience and build the brand.

The Role

This is a creative, hands-on role in a growing organisation with a huge number of concerts, customers, and campaigns to manage. You'll be at the heart of our digital content output - shooting and editing Reels, designing social ads, helping us tell stories behind the scenes, and getting our work seen by more people, in more places.

You'll also support the wider team with the design and delivery of print campaigns, online advertising, and audience engagement activity, both locally and nationally.

This is an ideal role for someone with strong digital instincts, confident design and video skills, and a love of live performance.

Salary: £35,000 PA

Job Requirements

Essential
Proven experience creating social media content, especially short-form video e.g. Reels, TikToks, and Stories
Strong video editing skills using Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc
Confident design skills using Photoshop, Canva, InDesign, or similar
Up-to-date knowledge of major social platforms and what performs well on each
Experience growing an audience or helping a brand elevate its social presence
Understanding of influencers, paid collaborations, and creator partnerships
Strong written, visual, and digital storytelling instincts
A proactive, organised approach and the ability to manage multiple campaigns
Willingness to travel sometimes on evenings and weekends

Desirable
Interest in music, live performance
Experience working with professional musicians, performers, venues, or arts organisations
Familiarity with email marketing platforms and website maintenance
Experience using paid social platforms or basic campaign reporting tools

Job Responsibilities

Plan and schedule engaging daily content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Edit and publish short-form video content, including Reels, Stories, and TikToks, from rehearsals and concerts
Capture and edit content at live performances, rehearsals, and occasional behind-the-scenes moments
Coordinate content capture by musicians and freelance/intern support at selected weekend concerts
Respond to comments, messages, and DMs across social platforms
Design creative for paid advertising campaigns, including Meta, YouTube, display, and other digital channels
Create and manage local Facebook Events for concerts
Design print materials including posters, flyers, and venue signage
Plan and create social-first campaigns, such as giveaways, behind-the-scenes content, audience vox pops, and venue-led stories
Produce promo videos for new shows and campaigns
Contribute ideas to wider marketing campaigns, including PR stunts, surveys, partnerships, and audience engagement projects
