Job Description

Our event delivery team are, for our clients, the physical embodiment of what makes Clownfish, Clownfish. They're ambassadors for the brand and are consistently referenced in our 5-star reviews as; 'professional', 'a delight to work with', 'no request was too much', 'always finding a solution', and, 'life savers'.

Our biggest (and most fun) department is our Event Entertainment. In our warehouses, we stock jaw-dropping games and 'fun'; mainly used for company parties, brand activations and exhibition stands. Think World's Largest PAC-MAN, Giant Scalextric, Basketball Shootouts, Crazy Golf, Photo Booths, VR games… the list goes on (and on). If those sound cool, check out the full range on our website. We've installed events and parties at some of the world's biggest brands including Netflix, Monzo, YouTube, Amazon, TikTok, Apple and Meta. Without an exceptional team, these brands simply wouldn't work with us.

Job Requirements

We're looking for energetic and passionate Event Delivery Team to be part of creating unforgettable moments for our clients. That's delivering and installing our equipment in high-end London hotels, venues, company offices and exhibition halls a few hours before the event. Then hosting those entertainment items; keeping the client and their guests happy and engaged. If you radiate positivity, love working as part of a team and know how to keep clients smiling, this role is for you.

Job Responsibilities

Given the nature of our industry, events can be any day Monday to Sunday. Shifts are often 8-12 hours (including driving to/from event venues). This is not a typical 9-5am and this role requires flexibility.
Prepping equipment and loading into Clownfish vans.
Transporting, installing and then operating a variety of entertainment equipment and games (see our website for the full inventory).
Working as a team to make every event memorable and achieve 5* feedback. Our team is what makes the events special, not the equipment.
Supporting our Event Managers at the warehouses and on events for big clients at awesome venues. That's a biggie - our event managers have lots of pressure on event days.
Prepping and maintaining equipment in the warehouse in the downtime.
Occasional support on other projects (technical rigging, stretch tent building and warehouse improvements)
