13 Going on 30 The Musical is a stage reimagining of the beloved 2004 hit romantic comedy film that starred Jennifer Garner and Mark Ruffalo. It opens at the Princess of Wales theatre following a successful run at the Manchester Opera House in 2025.

Job Requirements
Clear, confident communication within the Stage Management team, technical departments, performers, and production staff.
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, live production environment
Practical making skills, especially in carpentry and joinery, are required.
Familiarity with and adherence to current Health & Safety guidelines relevant to the production is essential, which may include working at height, using appropriate safety equipment and clothing and attending training as deemed necessary.
Job Responsibilities
Work closely with directors, creative teams, stage management and production staff to maintain productions and communicate updates.
Oversee rehearsals, technical runs, performances and backstage operations, ensuring safe, efficient scene changes and show cover.
Manage schedules, staffing, payroll, holidays, timesheets and departmental hours.
Coordinate understudy, swing and cover rehearsals, communicating casting changes to all departments.
Prepare and distribute production paperwork, schedules, reports and show documentation accurately and on time.
Supervise maintenance of props, sets and rehearsal spaces, plus support events, filming and publicity activities.
Provide emergency stage management cover and support external events or call-outs when required.
Support staff wellbeing, welfare, HR and sickness matters alongside General Management.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, union agreements and production procedures.
Manage petty cash and resources
