Job Summary
Job Description
This is a practical, people-focused role supporting delivery of Engage Scotland's programme of work, with a particular focus on member engagement, coordination and programme delivery. Key to this role will be supporting the delivery of Connecting Moments, Engage Scotland's programme of artist- and practitioner-led events that support peer learning, connection and shared practice.
The role also supports Scotland-based practitioners to feel connected to both Scotland specific activity and Engage's UK-wide opportunities, ensuring that learning and insight from work happening in Scotland can be shared across the organisation where useful.
We're looking for someone who is organised, approachable and comfortable working with a wide range of practitioners, from freelancers to organisations, and who can help keep things moving while building good relationships across the network.
This role sits somewhere between coordination and engagement. It's about making sure things actually happen, and that people feel supported to take part.
