-Lead the running and maintenance of all Lighting and Video requirements for the production
-Work closely and collaboratively with all other departments to ensure lighting and video requirements are met
-Attending all rehearsals, show calls, maintenance calls, get-ins, fit-ups and get-outs as required, including emergency calls in the event of equipment failure or other incident
-Create, oversee, and teach all plots required to run the show, ensuring sufficient cross-training across the team so that all plots and tracks are covered during holiday or sickness absence
-Operate lighting and video during rehearsals and performances
-Carry out other plots as required, including Fire, Smoke, and SFX elements
-Recruit, supervise, and train members of the department
-Assist in troubleshooting and maintenance of all LX elements, including LED tiles, set electrics
-Maintaining robust inspection processes, pre-show check regimes and maintenance reporting.
